

The Culinary Arts department of COCC hosted a gourmet luncheon for Eastmont’s seniors on Thursday, October 08, 2009. Lowell and Ruth Lamberton ably served as liaison in scheduling the event. The five course banquet featured succulent selections, artfully presented and well prepared. Courteous and helpful students comprised the friendly wait staff. The meal started with an appetizer, then a salad followed by a choice of three different entrees for the main course, chicken, steelhead or a vegetable ravioli. A selection of either of two desserts concluded the feast. All 40 of our seniors enjoyed the food and fellowship with many suggesting it become and annual event.
